Winter Soccer Performance Sessions
Session 1 – December - SOLD OUT
Session 2 – January 3, 5, 10, 12, 17 from 6-730pm at VDM McMillan Park
Want to stay sharp and be ahead of everyone else during the offseason? We have a new outstanding opportunity for young athletes to enhance their soccer specific skills, while also increasing speed, agility, and power through targeted age-appropriate training. Spartanburg United has partnered with Food Factor Nutrition, Progressive Mobility, and Sportless Fitness to bring all around off-season training this winter. There are two 5-day Sessions being offered. Each night will consist of group rotations to work on soccer skills, Speed & Agility, and Sport Performance Training. You will have your 1000 Touches on the ball, work on your quickness, learn how to properly train & exercise for injury prevention, and how to properly fuel your body as a young athlete.
Each night will consist of a 90-minute session with:
10-minute group warm up
3 rotations of 20-minute training of soccer skills, speed & agility, sports performance training
10-minute cool down with Nutritional information
$120 per player
$100 for each additional family member
